A non-profit corporation operated by parents and friends of Franklin Avenue Elementary students to raise funds for school enrichment programs such as art, music, and field trips. |
Boxtops
for Education is a great program sponsored by the General Mills Company
which provides
FREE MONEY
for schools like Franklin. The only catch is you have to collect
the ìBoxtops for Educationî coupons on General Mills products. Most
families are already using at least some of these products.
Just cut out the special blue and pink coupons on the boxtops and have your child take it to class. The coupons cost you nothing and are free cash for the school.- Each coupon is worth 10 cents to our school, which can add up fast if everyone pitches in! Last year we made over $100 in just a few weeks of collecting boxtops. This year we can do even better!
Please remember to save all "Box Tops for Education" coupons on the box tops of most General Mills cereals and other products. These include cereals like "Cheerios," "Total," ìLucky Charms,î and snack products like "Fruit Roll-Ups" and ìGo-gurtî yogurt. Also, all Betty Crocker products now have the Boxtops For Education coupons!
All money raised in the "Boxtops for Education" program will be used for enrichment activities at the school, such as field trips, computers and art and music programs. If each child brought at least one boxtop per week, we could raise $1,500 per year!
